hello Nico just picked up my first 240sx on thanksgiving and have huge plans for it already and just wondering what type of power im looking at this build and if anyone has done something similar im looking to boost the stock motor (ka24de) believe it has anywhere from 100kmiles to 200k miles yea i know big gap dash doesnt work anymore just to see how long it will last im planing on running 10 pounds with a t25 turbo i believe im going to run a walboro 255lph fuel pump if any of you know of a better one please offer your opinion detchwerk 440cc injectors same offer your opinion if anyone has better experience with other ones and a megasquirt ecu my plan for the car is drifting what are my power goals looking like im shooting for 275-300whp as long as it doesnt blow up while getting tuned lol

My suggestions, if you're going to run a turbo on a stock KA motor with over 100k, I would only run 7-8 psi to be safe. With a proper tune, and good hardware you could see up to 215-ish horses and torque. A t25 can do this efficiently, but you wont see the numbers you're expecting. If you want 300 horses, you would need to run probably a T3 with A LOT of hardware (full exhaust, intercooler, plugs, injectors, tune, etc.). 12 psi would get you close to 300hp range. But dont just take my advice, read the stuff on the two websites I posted, they helped me a lot when I turbo'd my KA.

I would also suggest reading this to understand what goes into the type of gains from a turbo.
