You could get any s13 exhaust. If you want the cheap route look on ebay.

You want a nice exhaust then you are gonna be shelling out $550+.

But I've seen people get cat backs for $150. I've also seen used exhausts go for $50-80.

well i got a KA and i do like the Apexi N1 and the Hi-power HkS.....what do you think of the tamabe or D-max.....im lookin for a nice deep sound and to open up as well....

You underestimate NICOs usefulness, while we have been known to flame foos, sometimes its just easier to help the guy out quick instead of LMGTFY'in the the guy.
