NEW to site, had some question for guys in the US

Hello to everyone. I am hoping to be a skyline owner in the near future. I haven't even bothered to try any searches yet on this website and I know all forum guys hate that lol. But I'm planning on picking up either an r32 or r33 skyline withing the year. Had a few questions on how some of you in the US had purchased your cars. I found a used car deal out of Orlando FL that is selling these cars with US titles. Is something like this to good to be true? The place is cause GQ auto, but they do not have a website. I had spoken to him through Email and he had stated that he has been doing this for a few years, and when the time come to call him to get a car. I just want to know what is going to be a scan or not, like what to look for. Also do you just have any problems registering or insuring these cars. Also the r32s are selling for roughly in the $20,000.

know one can help me on this situation? I've read that only the r33 96-98 from Motorex are legal and that r32 and r34 have been banned. And if the cars not from Motorex you need to spends lots of money to get it Federal Legal. Any legal ways around this. I see people on the boards saying how that haven't had issues registering and insuring this. How can this been. Does the car have to be Federal Legal? Any info would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Stef

These cars will always be technically ILLEGAL. Always. The only way they're tagged is because someone got past the system. They're still technically illegal.

Only the Motorex cars are legal.

Well what do you mean by technically. Like if were to get pulled over would it be impounded? Whats the best way of get one registered and insured.
