New To Nissan

Hey guys,

Just purchased a 2013 Sentra FE+ 20k miles Pearl White

Car seems pretty nice, a bit stiff, and cvt takes a while to get used too

I have been driving a 20 yr old oldsmobile 88 the last 5 yrs, but transmission was failing fast and did not want to put more money into it

the senta is driven mostly on interstate, here in Ohio, the fuel average says 39mpg so far, I see the dealer had installed a new nissan battery, and new tires, , I believe the FE+ option is spoiler, and a couple plastic air deflectors under the car to help with mpg?

I think you're gonna like the Sentra... The stiffness is no surprise after coming from a tired GM boat, and partly has to do with the tires they selected for that car (the upside, of course, is good fuel economy).

Looking forward to hearing your long-term assessment of the car as you rack up the miles.

Thanks guys, I'm very pleased with the Sentra, I'm liking it more and more, and the fuel mileage is surprising me to no end

I washed and dryed last night, hands were froze..lol since it was in high 30's

I drove an 88 LSS a few years ago. Really nice car with styling copied from the Infiniti Q45.

So it's kind of fitting that you're in a Nissan.

Congratulations. I just changed from a 2004 loaded black on black Murano to a 2015 Sentra SV. The cvt in this is much more smooth than the Murano. I too had a difficult time getting used to it at first.
