New to Nissan/Infiniti and Forum

Hello All!

I recently purchased my used '04 G35 Coupe 6-speed. For the nearly the last 18 years I've owned nothing but Honda/Acura products from a '83 Honda Civic 1500S to my '97 Integra GSR. I've bought other makes for my wife, but I've always stuck with what I knew. But this time around I had to have something with more than 4 cylinders and RWD (RIGHT Wheel Drive!)

I've always been a Z-car fan and even helped my brother-in-law about 7 years ago to upgrade his '73 240z. The new 350Z was out of the question as I need a place for my 5 year old's booster seat.

I ran across this clean coupe and fell in love as soon I drove it. I have about 11 months left on the warranty so I've already taken it to the dealer for the TSB on the "ticking" in the rear axles.....fixed without question. I was spoiled by the MPG of the Integra, but that's the price I paid to move into this caliber of car.

Nice to meet you all and I look forward to learning alot from you and hopefully being able to contribute myself as time goes by.

I tend to upgrade slowly......as that is what the bank account and wife allow !I'm going to enjoy her stock for a while, but I think the first thing I want to do is suspension. Shocks that are just a little firmer, possibly adjustable.
