New to nissan, I request YOUR help

Hey guys and gal. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me in starting my first project, a 95 240sx.

I've always made it a point to work on my suspension first, then exhaust/headers, and up and up. does anyone have any suggestions for product or feedback from products they have tried?

Also, I am experiencing a little grinding when i downshift (i have to dbl to get the grinding to stop) and go into reverse.....I was thinking it might be the synchros, but someone in my office mentioned that it may be slave cylinder, seeing as now I've lost about 80% of clutch response.

how old is the clutch? check your transmission fluid level too.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I've lost about 80% of response from my clutch pedal. lol.
