New to Nico with a different car

Whats going on peoples, my name is Jon and I just recently purchased a 1991 240sx hatchback. Its completely stock with exception of a cold air intake. I have a lot of plans for this car which I am going to start on at the beginning of the year. I have to first sell my 1987 Mazda RX7 and pay off some debt. I'm from Northern VA where my S13 is, I lasted lived in ATL where my FC is and now currently stationed in FL. So I'm bouncing around from those three places. LOL. I have never seen the car yet b/c my girl bought it for me from her co-worker and it still sits at her job. The car runs and all but hasn't been tagged and titled yet. My girlfriend is into cars as well and also has a 92 S13 hatchback in my boy's shop getting an RB20 transplant. Her car should be ready by this next spring. Well anyways, here are a few pictures of my S13. I'll try to find pictures of hers later on.

Welcom to nico...and sweet 240..Is it super hicas? mine is : / same color as mine the body of yours is just in better shape than mine good luck with it.

i miss my old hatch. it was the same color. had tons of fun it. i even lived in it a one point in time.

Thanks. I don't know if it is or not yet b/c I haven't even seen the car. I haven't yet gotten my friend to look at it either. But yea the body is in pretty good shape.

It is super hicas...If you look where the brake booster is look at the same spot just on the passenger side of the car that funky looking thing thats like turned sidways, yea that means it has it...oh well mine has it im thinkin of getting a delete kit for it.

Welcome to Nico, car looks really clean man!I really like the color and the car looks like it's been taken care of. The bumpers and fenders all line up nicely. Very clean base for a project, good luck with it!

Yeah that's a super hicas. It's got the abs. As far as i know those were the only s13s with abs. Have fun with it.

not all.....

however, yes it does have hicas..the power steering reservoir cap has the fluid sensor. nice hatch...i miss mine.

keep the rx7..the more the merrier

Thanks man, so far I'm happy with it from the pictures. My girlfriend speaks highly of it and says its really clean so I trust her judgement. The body condition is probably the best thing about it. I just want to get it repainted when I do my swap.

I wish I could keep it but I need to pay off some bills so I can have play money for this car.

like crash n' burn said, not all abs cars are hicas i have a abs car without hicas. looks like a decent car good luck with the project. is there any bad rust on it?

Having your g/f or wife involved with these cars are a must b/c if you don't, then it becomes a battle between her and the car.
