To start off, I am doing an SR swap into my S13 coupe. Doing the Auto to Manual swap as well. I have a few questions so far... (Simple ones, just wanted to get some idea of how to go about taking care of the above mentioned issues...) First, I know I will have to reverse the coolant lines from the back of the motor to go the oppoiste direction to hit my heater core lines coming out of the firewall, what is the best way to route these lines? Can I get a diagram anywhere to show that? Second, I have a front cut with my SR. Will the RHD clutch & brake pedals work in my LHD car? I want to get these little issues figured out, before I start work on my project. I want to do as much homework as I can before I start in on the install. Thanks!

I have read that there are only 3 vaccum lines you have to deal with on the SR swap, 3 lines start at the throttle body. The bottom one goes to the canister, block it off unless you are using the canister. The larger one on top runs to the bypass valve (BOV), there should be no tee's or branches - go directly to the BOV. The smaller top line splits to the fuel pressure regulator, and runs across the front of the engine to your boost gauge and/or the boost pressure port on your boost controller.

Here's my question, Is this true? Also, if I replace the stock Intake manifold with a Greddy intake mani, will this do away with all the other various vacuums aswell and cause no ill effects? I feel like such a newb tackling this swap... Help restore my confidence NICO

Lots of questions... very hard to read. but I will try my best in answering them.

As for coolant hoses that go to the firewall. The hose that makes "U" goes to the top fitting and the hose that comes directly off the coolant line under the intake manifold goes to the bottom fitting.

You are correct about the routing of vac hoses.one underneath the TB, dont use.Two on the intake mani. One goes to BOV, the other one gets split into FPR and Boost gauge.

If you have Greddy intake mani, there will be two ports right below the throttle body. It will no long be on top like the stock manifold. Also there are three additional sources underneath the plenum if you need more vac sources. Also two behind the plenum for brake booster and PCV valve.

How about my clutch pedal situation. I am converting from auto to manual and have a RHD front clip that I bought the SR in. Will the JDM pedals work in my car or will I need to go buy some out of a manual trans USDM car?
