Thanks for the add. Its a read, 1990, TT with 107k on the clock

Got the car for a steal if a deal despite lost title and no keys. But alas the key code was in the glove box along with the hidden gen of the headlight aiming tools. Car is mostly untouched apart from the intake having come off atleast once and no deletes done 🤦 full mostly red interior, and redone seats which have already found a new home in exchange for new heads, not gonna mess with putting in threads. From what I can gather from the guy I got it from, was not running and was going to be a parts car, but was brought in and was blowing smoke. Diaged for blown turbos, which I don't doubt seeing the Shiney and oil in the passenger IC piping, rebuilding them was apart of the plan, along with new wire harnesses, injectors and a overall clean bill of health and back to the road again after a decade.

Tags last registered in 2014, probably hasn't ran since then, but soaked the cylinders with seafoam intake cleaner (what I had at the time) for about a week. And she is as free spinning as a bird and making compression all across the board the numbers exactly no idea, till I have a key and battery to test, but will end up pulling before a test anyway to check bearings, and replace heads with all deletes.

So compression check is done, pass 150 145 150 with leak
Driver to start was 100 140 leaked down fast 100

Added about 5 or 6 squirts of marvel, closed throttle, cycled for about a minute.

Passenger side was 165 160 165
Driver side 155 160 160 with no leak down

Gonna let it sit a couple more days and then test again to be safe. But I think it was some really minor stuff that kept it from running all this time.

Regrettable that it's gonna take heads to get it running but it's better than a whole rebuild,

Current update at this time, I have traded seats for a pair of 10Y heads, Purchased used good turbos with no shaft play and spin freely, Anand I've decided to sell it, as I picked up a 2014 Focus ST with 40.9K when I got it (42.2k now a month later), and decided I would rather go FBO/ big turbo on it. So after I get the title for the car, it will be up for sale as a parts car or serious project

Where are you located? Did you happen to get keys cut?
