Greetings... just purchase a M45 with 106 miles on the clock. It has had syntetic oil changes about every 5k miles and the belts were replaced at 85k. Based on the records that came with the car, I cannot see where anyother work has been done other than brakes and tires. Am I asking for problems if I now flush the coolant and trans? I know on some models, flush the trans on high mile cars creates issues...

Also, what else needs to be done, plugs and wires? What about the rear end? Thanks in advance for all your help...

you definitely need to do rear differential service.. check power steering fluid, wheel bearings, flushing transmission fluid might be risky..

Car should still be fine even though coolant and transmission were not flushed. Nissan/Infiniti doesn't call for any of those major services being done until 105k so if you have it now I recommend you do those things for it's second round at it!! :bigthumb:

Coolant, transmission, rear differential, and plugs... No wires should be needed!! This baby should be driving like new after you do those things!!! :dblthumb:

If you want to confirm maintenance schedule check your manual... It's not a requirement on any of the major scheduled services, 30k 60k or 90k!! Just required to "check" all of the above for regular city driving!! :gotme
