New to me 91 2+2, need advice on wheel, tires and suspension.

Just picked up a 91 2+2 and the first thing I want to tackle is suspension and wheels as it is slammed on idk what and miss match wheels and tires. I have an opportunity to pick up some nice wheels for a very nice price but am concerned on the fit. They are 18 x 8.5 and 18 x 10 both with +20 off set. As for suspension I am open to coils but 1st choice would be springs on shocks/struts combo.

So what my questions are as follow,

1) Can I run these wheels with that off set with only supervention being springs/coils?

2) How wide of a tire can I run?

3) Is 2+2 suspension different from 2 seater?

I dont see many people on here running 18s with a meaty tire and staggered, and it might just be me no searching right.
