New to Infiniti and Forums and Had Questions About Video Integration/Hack

Hey guys, first time Infiniti owner and first time poster here. Just purchased a 2008 Infiniti M35x with factory navigation and iPod connection (30pin). My idea was to install AirPlay rather than Bluetooth as my set up. Can anyone tell me if this will work or if I'm dreaming. And if it does work, what specific brands would be best for each item.

What I want to do is hook up an AppleTV (with an HDMI to RCA converter) to the red, yellow, white hookup in the backseat. Will that connect to the aux and play on the navigation screen? I will need a parking brake bypass so that I can play while driving. I will need an AC/DC converter to power the AppleTV and finally, I will need to use my iPhone hotspot to get network to the AppleTV. Question I had was will I be able to use the iPhone hotspot for a network connection and active the AirPlay feature with Mirroring at the same time?

Will this set up work? Any advise? Any other ideas that might work better?
