Hi guys,

sorry if this has been asked before, hopefully you won't come down on the new guy too hard...

I found a set of Rims and tires for a REAAAALLLLLY good price, but I know NOTHING about either, so here are the specs:

offset: +42Rims: 17 x 7.0bolt pattern: 4 x 100 AND 4 x 114.3

tires: 205-40-17

Would these fit my Versa HB fine?

See picture below for what the rims look like...

Thanks again for the help, I really appreciate it

yes the rims will fit fine, they are same deminsions as mine.as for the tires i would suggest getting 215/45-17, the 205s will work but they have a smaller sidewall and the 215s are the same height as stock

thank you so much for the quick response!

If I just use the tires that I listed with the first post I will still be okay tho right?

I'm a student on a low budget and came across this awesome deal so I though I'd pick it up...not unless it might do some damage to the car...

they wont damage your V, but your speedo will be off (you will actually be going 63 when your spedo says 60)...there is some one on here with 205s on his V

The 205/40-17 is shorter than the stock tire diameter resulting in a 4.1% error. Your speedometer will read faster than you are traveling. When your speedo reads 60 mph you will be actually travaling at 57.5 mph.

VM is 100% correct in his post. Just be aware of the error when you drive and you'll be fine. When the 205/40's wear out, slap on some 215/45's and no more error.
