Hello, I'm new to this forum, and trying to find advice with a problem nobody I have spoken with has solved. We have a 97 sedan with ,suddenly no tail or dash lights. The headlights ,signals, four ways and brake lights all function normally, but turning on the light switch will result in a blown fuse, immediately. The circuit is only running lamps front and rear as well as dash illumination. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There is a break in a wire somewhere or a bad connection. It's shorting out and then blowing the fuse (what the fuse should do when it shorts). Only suggestion I can give is to trace all the wires to fine the short. :/
