NEW to forum....

Hey all, My Name's Bliss, Im from Queens NY.. I been a DIE HARD NISSAN owner since 2003.. I grew up and my parents had a BRAND NEW b12 Sentra, I ALLLLLWAYS liked that car and i always wanted 1, i started with a 91 Xe in red, then i had the GREAT honor of buying my 1st SeR which b4 i learned how to work on my own **** a Mechanic Blew the motor by advancing the timing too much... Low and Behold, for the 10 minutes it took for the motor to pop, i FELT the power, and i KNEW and had FAITH that this was the car for me....I found this site through Google and i can already see that im gonna be around a while.. Anyway, ive owned 16 Sentra SER's all years except the b15, I dont like that slow *** car.. Nissan disappointed me with that 1, however when the Altima Se-R came out i was the 1st EVER, Proud Owner of a Blk, manual, 05 Alti SER... I have a b14 with a VQ motor that im still putting together, LOTTA FAB work, i also have my BABY SKYLINE, a 91 Se_R with a Mild Built DET, about to swap a vvl head but i wanna build a GTI-R block for it (FORGED) the motor in it is an AVENIR.. its tuned to about 440 hp on a stock block.. thats it for now really, im rather secretive about what i bring out becuz i do it myself.... Im hoping to open a shop soon so thanks for having me.. Maybe i can network here with sum fellow Nissan owners...

First off, welcome to NICO! You have quite a collection going on there.

As far as using the site, what in particular are you interested in finding? Essentially we have it broken down into a ton of forums for different models, mechanical/technical and chat areas, engine forums, etc. Given what you have, you'll probably want to spend some time here in Sentra General as well as the Altima and VQ forums, and, of course, the FWD SR20DE/DET/VE forum.

For navigation, I find it easiest to go to the top of a thread and use links the bar where "new topic" and those other buttons are to get to the main forum list, then scroll down to find what I'm looking for from there.

Welcome. Enjoy your stay. the B15 was a disappointment to many. Especially for those who had to have their engine replaced more than a few times.

No doubt... I will Be Taking Pix soon... im just having to start these builds over... My DET SeR was stolen By a SHOP!!! he disappeared after moving a few times without letting me know and there goes the story... 8k down the drain... Im trying to get back on my feet but my wings have been clipped (no Liscence) Hopefully soon I'll post up pics of the b14 VQ!! its in the car mounts Fabbed but im gonna have to Dump a few more thousands into it to finish her up... Right now the Motor is in.... thats it.. Imma have to buy shifter box, linkages and wondering how imma make the Fly by wire **** work on the old frame.... Los of things goin on right now and with the recession here, i got a looong way to go....Thanx for the welcome and I'll be DEF spending more time here researching... Im wondering if maybe sum1 can point me in the right direction as to Putting a VVL head on my de block!
