Hello everyone!

long time lurker, my first post, so take it easy on me.

It's a 1991 TT 300zx; I am the third owner.

I got this car from a really cool fella who happens to be a NIssan dealer service manager (his personal car, who bought it to make it a project car but, didn't pan out, so I took over.

The original/first owner neglected it a bit, but nothing major, no engine mods.

What I did:

1. brand new clutch to start with.
2. Koni yellow shocks/struts and Eiback springs.
3. Wheels from 2007 350Z; re-powdered coated to gunmetal gray.
4. Japanese bumper, replica JDM side sills. Aftermarket rear spoiler with LED third brake.
5. new brake rotors/brakelines.
6. new tinted window
7. brand new paint job (color is Frost MIca; Lexus IS model color). It's BEAUTIFUL on under right weather conditions.
8. new injectors
9. replaced headlights to very clean used ones.
10. interior upgrade. New leather seat covers, new trims (dark gray alcantara like fabric
11. stereo/speaker upgrades.
12. new alternator, new clutch, and clutch bearings. New horns. New remote key entry setup.
13. brand new shift knob, OEM. Shift boot, copper gear shifter bushings
14. Interior lighting was getting a bit tired, including dash cluster, so white LEDs in the instrument cluster, dome etc....
15. New alternator/fan belt.
16. New corner lens/foglight covers, new JDM center panel and brake lights.

some of the stuff that's been there already:
1. some silly ground control kit, so I schucked those out and put in Konis.
2. K&N airbox.
3. I believe the exhaust is by Borla. No crazy big a** turbos, flare body kits, huge wings or crap like that.
that's the end of modifications.

I took these photos after FULL interior wash/steam by this local fella who does incredible work. http://www.yelp.com/biz/prime-detailing ... y-san-jose

Hard to believe, but the car is now 25 years old. It still pulls very strong (engine has has 100K miles on it).

I've actually been driving daily, and other than rattles/creaks here and there... EVERYTHING works, I mean EVERYTHING. No idiot warning lights on dash

the only niggly thing I need to get sorted is the intermittent ABS error (brakefluid topped off). I think one of the sensors are bad. I'll source a used part and give it o my mechanic to sort out.. OH, and I have do the credit card trick to open the gas cap door. the cable snapped somehow, and I've been lazy to fix that, cause it requires a bunch panels to be removed ( I think). and the peeling steering wheel; i'm gonna put some leather varnish to fix those peeling spots.

anyhow, I am in love with this car. I loved this car back in 1990, and I still love it now. My other daily driver is a 2003 BMW E39 M5, which is .. another car I absolutely love.

Enjoy the photos.

the car is located in San Jose, CA. I plan to eventually sell it on, soon as I get some minor issues resolved ( I am a total perfectionist) - Mrs. won't let me keep both M5 and this car. :(
