New to forum : not to infinitis !

Whats up guys/girls?

Just signed up on here because I am picking up a DD 08 m35x today in slate blue with black interior.

only 19k miles on it and mint.

anyway (as you can tell by the username) I have had many other cars including a few infinitis. Overall infiniti is the best value for the money IMO.
I was very active on g35nyc.com for a long long time when I had my 6-speed G37s coupe

I Actually am excited to possibly do some mods to this car .

My first question though is since winter is blowing in ... who has had a 2-way alarm/remote start installed on their M or other infiniti with a smart key. and did you experience any problems? If you are local in central NJ area do you have a sshop you can recommend for me ?

I will post a thread about this if no one responds and if I cant find it searching.

You can get a good deal from best buy for viper remote start systems. All you need is the push button start bypass thing which is like an extra 70-80 bucks. Welcome to the M forum by the way.

yeah i seen that too its an extra 100 or 200 though which probably pushes you close to a G for the system total

my feelin is I get off the bus and have to walk to the commuter lot ... probably about 8 mins total cause you need to cross the highway and stuff...

so if you have a mile range with the viper 2 way it will warm the car up a little from the time i get off the bus to the time i get to it

I got my install in Brooklyn. I didn't get remote start though. But mine was about 550 with extra modules and sensors. It's a viper 330 I think. But it does just what it's supposed to do.
