I need some help... I am getting a T3/T4 turbo kit with turbo, I/C pipeing, BOV, exhaust manifold, gaskets, bolts, and all the couplings, basically what you'd call a "full kit". I need to know what besides this it would take to put in on a FRESHLY rebuilt KA... Before I get pointed to the search button I need this information consolidated in order for my dad to give me the goahead... (And I only have to answer to him due to some chick in a honda killing my SOHC) so anyone that has time, thanks... and sorry for the novel of an explanation...

The search button always works well for this kind of function. I say that as nicely as I can to show that you could really get flamed for this one. Now, I would def suggest some fuel mods. Also, what kind of power do you need, and what does freshly rebuilt mean, exactly?

Thanks for the flame warning but like I said, I need to just be able to show a list of what I need instead of bouncing around to different links, and I'm just looking for what a stock block and bottom end can hold for a long period of time.. I'm planning on a Greddy Emanage and Walbro, but other than that any requirements for about 7 psi? And a fresh motor means I just rebuild it from the bolts up with new bearings, crank, rings, gaskets, honed the block, repolished, had the block and head deck checked for any kind of scars or warping. I apologize for anyones inconvenience in reading this I was just trying to get maybe some good pointers. KA's are strong but turbo would be nice to help out the added weight of a 'vert...

youre def gonna need an aftermarket clutch. youll need gauges, and injectors as well. please dont say youre getting one of those cheap *** ebay kits. save your money and get something thats worth buying. youll need oil lines as well. depending on your power goals, you might need to upgrade the maf.

Yep...stock clutch starts to slip upon heavy abuse around 220whp...I know this from experience.

You'll need some sort of engine management. What level of management depends on your intended power goals.

Definitely dont skimp out on the fuel and fuel management....shoot for some bigger injectors than u think ull need...like deatchworks 555's so that u can always turn up the boost....and get a z32 maf sensor....id suggest goin with an enthalpy tuned ecu unless u know what ur doin with the emanage which i doubt u do since u had to ask this question

I am running emanage with DW 555's and Z32, myself. With the cometic gasket, I will run 15psi or so (don't flame me too bad KA, I know about MBT). I can shoot you a tune for 370's and 8psi if you like. You should still fine tune with at least a wideband if not an EGT too. The stock bottom end is fine with that. In fact the only things in my bottom end that are aftermarket are a crank scraper and a set of ARP rod bolts.
