New to 350 z

Hi, my names Jim from RI, and I'm looking to add a 350z to my two motorcycles so the outdoors can be enjoyed in all weather extremes. Oh, and it would be nice to ride without all the gear on and an aching knee after a couple of hours, along with great performance on those twisty back roads. I've narrowed my search to 2006-2007's as they seem available for around 20,000 give or take, some with relatively low mileage. I'm looking at convertibles primarily, with automatic transmission (concession to the wife; she may actually want to drive it on occassion). I've found a touring model with around 20,000 miles; the owner is asking 21,500. It appears in mint condition. Is this a fair price and what should I look for when checking out the vehicle? First thing to look at, being in RI, would be rust-prone areas, mainly on the undercarriage. I've seen cars that looked showroom quality turn out to be a rust bucket and nearly undriveable. Let us know for sure if you end up grabbing it!
