I just received a 300zx na for free that need a new transmission that has been sitting and i know many people talk that you cant make them fast but im just looking to gain a little more hp to beat little 4 beaters(civics) that my friends have i just have couple quick questions.

Does this 300zx na engine use a MAF sensor? and If so, is it a voltage or frequency based sensor?

Yes it uses a MAF sensor under the front nose panel. I'm 90% sure it's voltage based.
