Depends on how you want to go and what you want to spend. You have a lot of options.
First option is to work with what you have. A low pressure (7-10psi) would put you over 200fwhp and close to or over 200rwhp. Depending on your abilities, you can piece together a turbo system for ~$1500 for a basic system, or you can pay ~$3500 for a complete GReddy kit.
Another option is a motor swap. Pretty much any popular engine for the 240 will make over 200rwhp with just minor mods. This includes the CA18, SR20, RB20, and RB25.
Yet another way with the stock motor is with bolt on's and possibly a little N20. You could do header, full exhaust, cold air intake, cams, etc. and get pretty close to 200hp, over that with a small shot of gas.
Whichever way you go, I would decide early and stick to that, so you don't end up wasting money on parts you don't end up needing. For instance, if you're going to go turbo, there's no point in buying a header, you'll have to replace it with a turbo manifold. If you're going to do a motor swap, I would just do stuff that will work with the motor you're going to put in. FOr example, a catback exhaust will work with any motor. Same for a fuel pump.
