I got 32x11.5 BFG Mud Terrains

I took the pics in the rain, because thats all its done for a couple of days now. But if you look in the backround of the pictures taken in the field you'll see a good bit of water that I ran all through after I took the pics (I wanted to get some action shots but I was the only one there, sorry).*Notice the bumper falling off*

Speaking of R50's, what is the timeline for the R50 frame/chassis?I've often wondered when it came out. I know it ended in 2005, but when did it begin, and what came before it?Even better, when did the Pathfinder first come to life as a Nissan product?Maybe the Pathfinder history been listed before, so I apologize if it has. (I didn't do a search). What about the QX4? Always curious.Thanks.

Real quick Pathfinder history:

In late 1986 the first generation or WD21 Pathfinders were intorduced with the VG30I V6 engine (other than North America they are called Terranos) which came in a 2 door style 87-89 & with a real frame. The 1990-95s have a real frame & are 4 door with the VG30E V6 or the 2.7l Diesel Engine known as the TD27 with an optional turbocharger. In 1996 the R50 was born which is considered the second generation & cam with a unibody & the new VG33E engine. In 1999.5 the R50 got the new & improved VQ35DE V6 engine with an extra 80hp (bringing the grand total to about 240). In 2005 the thrid generation or R51 came about with the VQ40DE V6 engine or the 2.5L YD25DDTi Turbo Diesel.

And oh yeah, Adam, they aren't any louder than the worn out 31 BFG's I was running & the gas mileage isn't that much different, but I can definetely tell a drop in power though. It's cool though I am in the works on getting the TD27 turbodiesel engine & swapping that in. Less hp than the VG33E but a ton of friggin lowend torque!

thats the north american history. We're actually a year late over here, they already had the R50 Pathfinder as a 1995 model in Japan, meaning they were riding in R50's as early as late 1994!

Eh, since most everyone here is in North America I didn't bother breaking down all the other crap. Plus the most of the years I used are the make's year not when you could actually roll around in it.

I wish i had rain where I live. The most we see is a few sprinkles a year. That puddle in the back looks sick!

But then you'd need a second set of rims to put your mudders on!

It actually ran for about 90' or so & got a little bit deeper than I though it was towards the end (it was up to about the door jam).

And it's only raining alot right now cause its hurricane season. Although a bunch of streets were flooded on my way to school & work Tues. & Wed. I didn't have a problem but I saw a couple of small cars sitting on the flooeded streets with water about halfway up the doors... thats gotta suck.

Did anyone ever find a td27 to put into their rig? I've got a 1992 d21 I'd like to drop one in...
