Ok i checked my motor for boost leaks. Nothing other than the IC but thats before the maf so im not worried about it. I ended up leaking out of the test before the manifold would leak so its not a boost leak. I drove the car and i started into boost and it started stumbling like it did before but i wanted to see what it would do so i floored it. It wont even go past ~5500 rpms or 5lbs of boost. It struggles and pops. Could the O2 sensor being hooked up but not in the exhaust be causing this problem? Im going to unhook it later tonight and drive it and see what it does.

well, when my o2 sensor wasnt running, the car ran fine, just really rich. your ecu might be doing something different though, since it keeps reading really lean no matter how righ it goes. it could be running full rich since it cant get a non-uber-lean condition...

how are you running your exhaust? what exactly is the reason it isnt in the right place? if its a lack of pipe to put it in, ive got a spare stock o2 pipe or you could get a muffler shop to do it for next to nothing.

After the t3/t04e upgrade i had to get custom 3" exhaust made. They never put a bung in for the o2 sensors because they suck. When i get a chance ill take it up there and have em weld one in.

cool. forgot you had so much done to your car. i know those exhaust people can be bastards, they get kinda lazy and stupid sometimes. its definately the case where i go. it costs nothing though. i love alabama because nothing rusts and i can get away with using un-coated mild steel.

does the car jerk alot when you hit 5500 rpm? if so its probably boost limit, which you need to increase by increasing 3690h-369Fh(thats a hex address in the ecu programing) to 255 and that should solve your problem...btw if you have no idea what the F*ck I am talking about, go here...http://users.pandora.be/gerd.blockx/ECU.htm

I know, in fact im bout to play with my eprom programmer but its no that its jerky, it just like rumbles when it starts hitting boost but today i was reving it up and water is coming out of the tail pipe pretty steadily so im going to change the oil and see if there is water in it because i think the head gasket may be blown.
