new tension rod and tie rod?

hi, i have a 95 240sx. after i go through my car today, i have seen some wear on my tension rod bushing and tie rod's joint also has some wear on it.

im wondering what brand or any suggestion on what i should get, or i shouldnt replace them at all. thx.

For tension rods you can buy new bushings nismo, energy suspension, or whiteline. Or you can buy a full tension rod setup, tein, cusco, silkroad etc.Main difference will be feedback will be very firm with the full tension rod, but you will also gain full feel of the road. IE: You come across some potholes you will feel it much more. Matter if preference and wallet bushings are 60ish + a shop to press in/out full rods are 200+.

Majority go for tein tie rods w. ends sponsor on board have them for good prices.Moog sucks imho, I had tein tie rods on my old 240, good overall plan 2 order a set again.

care to elaborate please? what if all I need is OEM type replacement? wouldn't Moog pieces be sufficient? reason why I ask is that PDM seems to have the Moog pieces cheaper than the OEM factory replacements.
