new tension rod and tie rod?

hi, i have a 95 240sx. after i go through my car today, i have seen some wear on my tension rod bushing and tie rod's joint also has some wear on it.

im wondering what brand or any suggestion on what i should get, or i shouldnt replace them at all. thx.

how much wear?

if you are looking at performance, a number of companies make adjustable aftermarket parts, i jusr ordered a set from SPL.

otherwise, OE would be what i would go with

if you are budgeted i suggest tein tie rod and ends

but if you can give a lil bit more go with the SPL Pro Tie Rod and Ends
