New Tein HE's or Used HKS Hiper max D's

Ok well I can get some used HKS Hipermax D's for a little less than some new HE's.

I would normally go for the new coilovers but I have heard Tein HE's soften up prematurely. I compete in drift events monthly and was wondering what should I go for.

id go with the Teins (in yoru situation) for 2 reasons: 1) they dont soften up (mine havent) and 2) they will be cheaper to rebuild if you plan on lots of usage and longevity
