problems. I seem to be missing the fuel temp sender. I got a P0180 code right at start up. I will have to drop the tank again to install this from the old tank. Secondly, the fuel lines are leaking so I am going to bypass the metal lines from the filter to the sending unit using 5/16" FI hose. Sucks but there is no way around this. The o2 sensor is in and functioning properly. I also installed a new parking brake return spring, that was a 1 minute job if I ever saw one. I am mad that the truck is still not on the road and I am forced to continue driving my POS millenia for the time being. Lucky the truck is now up at my work where I can pull it in the shop rather than work outside in the cold.

Sounds like you're making progress... I think we all want to see a youtube video of your beloved Milennia tumbling down a hill or set on fire! (without anyone in it) - your love for it just oozes off of the screen

I didn't know the ECU read the fuel temp, that's news to me.

Rusty fuel and brake lines are, unfortunately, a fact of life for owners of older cars and trucks like us. They look like a PITA to get at in some places.
