New suspension setup for under $1000 HELP

I am looking to buy the best suspension setup for just about $1000.I have been searching around the forum and it looks like the GC kit + Koni Yellows + Springs with a slight amount of fabrication are the best for my price range.

I looked on GC's website and they did not list anything for my car other than the GC coilover conversion kit.

I also have been looking into Stance GTR+Pro coils but they are around $1200.

I currently have Tein HA's (one got bent bad so I need to replace them), I hate the high rate on them 12k/8k. I am looking to track my car (not drift) and possibly to some auto-x in the future when I finish my engine. I dont drive much but will be using it as a DD. So I was thinking either 9k/7k or 8k/6k rate. Some input on this would be helpful.

If someone can direct me on the best place to buy Koni Yellow's (double adjustable?), springs, and the GC conversion kit (Basically everything I'll need)? I already have tein camber plates off my HA's.
