I used to use aluminum polish. It worked okay. I just tried Scratch-out yesterday and man what a difference. They are crystal clear.

I bought it at Autozone it is in a yellow bottle. They also have scratch-X in a tube. I did not try that but it probably similar.

What are the blue spots in your headlights? I would have said the lights, but there are three spots in each light. BTW, love the color of your car.

those are from his "hid" look bulbs.. becuse his headlight bulbs are blue so they reflect and show the housing as being blue..

I have tried the maguires scratch-x which is like scratch out and it works pretty good. Just regular car wax does a decent job too.

Maguires makes a product called Plast-x and it's for plastic headlights. I have used it ounce and works better than wax or scratch remover. With the other procucts, it does not stay clear as long as I would like. The plast-x seemed to keep it clear longer.

It's really hard to find (in Austin) unless you order it. I only saw it sold ounce in a little packet at the local autozone, but never again since.

Yo Eddie,

I moved up here from Austin about 3 years ago. I used to live on Riverside drive. I really miss that place. Cleveland is too damn cold.

I just did the lights over the weekend so I will have to wait and see how long they last.

THat does look good. Can we get a before pic also? And when you guys say that they don't stay clear for long...are we talking a month a year, a week?
