New Stuff and gauge Pod Question

Just put on my new 'Silvia' rear emblem today! It's always the small things that make you feel good



One thing I'm trying to figure out right now, though, is what to do about an A-pillar gauge pod. The one that we had gotten for the car won't fit because the 'vert a-pillar is different than the normal 240 a-pillars (no auto seat belt). I'm trying to figure out if another pod from a different nissan will fit or not. Anybody got any guesses?

Don't you need the JDM taillights to put on a silvia tail garnish?

you might have to custom make a pod.i have jdm taillights on my silvia but i didnt put an emblem on yet.

I would assume since I have a silvia engine, that putting a silvia emblem on the back would be...umm...ok. But to complete the rear JDM conversion, yes I would need Silvia tails, although they look basically the same if you ask me.

I'm in the process of grinding down the 240 pod to fit, but I was hoping maybe there was an easier alternative than the saw.

are the US and Japan tail lights not the same?

Yes the JDM and US tails are the same, as far as I know. Aside from the english on ours, and the Japanese on theirs. I'd rather save my money on tails and put it towards the Silvia face I want to do
