New Struts & Suspension

Looking at new struts and suspension. Thinking of going either Ranchos, OME or KYB GR2's (Fueler recommended!)

Any input from anyone?

Also, sticking with stock suspension height but thinking stiffer springs. Comments?

Just found some GR2's at a cheap price online and leaning that way...

on my previous pathfinder, i went with the GR2 struts & shocks.

I believe they are very similar to the factory parts and they are also cheaper than the dealer.

KYBs are always a safe bet. . I'll eventually go that route in the front, but unsure about rear. . probably do 2" lift when I actually do do anything.

i have new oem in the back, but the front will be Gr2's.

i have the ranchos all the way around and love them.i put the 2 inch lift springs also.the ride is a little stiff at first but once the springs settel down it gets better.if u dont want to much lift get the 1/2 inch springs from ac.

haha "fueler recommended" they should write that on the box I simply have had good experiences with KYB on all my cars... When you take off the stock Nissan ones, you will see that they are made by KYB (but they are not GR2). Same goes for Honda. If the geniuses at Nissan and Honda choose KYB then I do too.

Yeah, I think I've settled on this set up, all pending on me making a call first.

KYB GR2's up front, OME 1/2" lift springs all around and OME shocks in back.

Found some place in vegas with the springs for ~$85 each which is half the price of the AC springs. I'm headed out there in March and thinking of just ordering the KYB's and having them install everything... IF they do installation and still have the OME gear at the prices they have online.

I figure I can just drive up there, drop off the vehicle, go run around and gamble and see shows, etc, etc and then go pick it back up and drive on down the road in my new suspension.
