New sticky for exhaust/intake gains?

We should sticky a thread of the list of exhausts/intakes available for our cars and list the gains on them. Would really help our upcoming members joining everyday. That way it would be alot easier for comparisons and less overly repeated posts. Yes I do realize we have something like that already, but it doesn't give a description for the gains or anything.

So far we have:
Nismo Catback @
7.8 hp and 4.5 lb-ft of torque increase at the front wheels (V6 models)
8.0 hp and 7.1 lb-ft of torque increase at the front wheels (4-cylinder models)
