Hey guys, I just finished getting my blacktop sr20 into my 91hatch this weekend and my first try at the key resulted in no spark but it was turning over. Now I'm aware of the many "no spark" posts so im gathering info from those. But I have a few other question's. I was wondering if anyone could post up some kind of layout on how the z32 maf is wired to the harness? I did a bunch of wiring this weekend and that was one of the shady spots, I extended a black wire and white wire and maybe a black with white stripe? Either way i extended the three wires that originally came from the harness itself, but the z32 maf has 4 wires instead of 3. It has an extra orange wire? I'm embarassed to say this but since i had no idea what to do with it I think i just wired it into the white wire. I've got a couple other questions about egr location and such but later I'll post up some pictures so this makes a little more sense. Thanks for reading.

Edit: OK heres a picture of my ignitor chip. I was wondering if anyone is using one fo these?

Heres the egr do people just take the black part and sue that? I'm not sure what to do with it since it wont fit in the original spot.

Heh, I know my main post was about a z32 MAF so im just waiting to see if anyone could show me how they wired theirs up if they are using one?

Ok to answer your questions

There are many Z32 wiring diagrams out there just search google but to save you time here you go.

You have 1 Black/White ----- Black/White 12V Wire2 Black - 1 Black wire on the harness1 White ---- 1 White Signal Wire

You might have an orange wire dont worry about it just clip it.

Also the EGR TOSS IT!!

Lastly the Ignitor you have seems to be a Z32 ignitor. If this is true wire the harness in with 5 wires on one side one being the Black Ground wire and on the opposite side wire 4 wires. That should cover your ignition. If you ever have one of the ignitors go out on one wire you have 2 spares. Make sure you match the input color to the output on either side of the ignitor.

It is a breather assembly for the crankcase ventilation. Is it absolutely necessary? No.

It mounts behind the front left turn signal. There is a space behind that grill, but you hare going to have to fab up a mounting bracket to hold it there.

The interrcooler bolts right into place if you have the brackets. I have an '89 so I had to cut a hole, other than that bolt on.
