I have rented a spring compressor. I have the tools to do it. But would like to know how much work is actually involved in changing just the spring.

Is this something I should start or leave to a pro? I searched but maybe not good enough. I just got Megan Springs for a 2" drop all the way around.

Its really not that bad. It helps to have a friend help with the spring compressor. Be careful when taking the top assembly off of the strut as to not damage or score up the rod which travels down into the cylinder. Mine were a PITA but I got em off without any damage. Think you can handle it? 45 min to 1 hr tops.
