New Sponsorships for Dangeris

OK..I haven't made this public till now and only a few people know about it but I recently obtained 3 new sponsors for the "Dangeris" Coupe

1: AIT Racing - Full SponsorShip for CF Trunk Lid.

2: BC Racing - Full Sponsorship for BR Type Coilovers

3:Optima Batteries - Full Sponsorship for Yellow Top D35

The Optima battery came in first and was installed in 10 minutes. Finally got rid of that POS OEM battery that didn't last for more than 2 yrs

The Coil overs came in last Monday and had them installed this past Friday. All I can say was what a freaking difference! I left the ride adjustment height the way they came from the box and it was lower than the the OEM shocks/struts w/ Eibachs. The only thing I adjusted was the dampening. 15F/10R. We were going to align the wheels but felt it would be better if I drove the coupe for a couple of days to let the shocks and springs settle first before throwing it on the rack. To my surprise, the alignment was spot on. no drifting to the left or right and the camber was perfect..at least by looking at it. We'll see how much the camber is off or on once we get it on the rack. Definitely the ride has improved and worth every penny ( not that I paid for them ) I took pics of th coupe after the install but too lazy to upload to photobucket. I'll try to do that tonight.

3: Still waiting for the CF trunk to come in. Spoke to my contact in AIT racing 2 Fridays ago and he told me that the new batch of lids were to come in last Wednesday and that my lid would ship out this past Friday. I was pre-occupied with the installation of my coils that I didn't get a chance to follow up but will be doing that today. In the meantime, I ordered and new exterior trunk trim ( the piece above the license plate) and CF wrapped it and I have to say it looks awesome. I no doubt that it will accentuated the CF trunk!

Last but not least, I am working on yet another sponsor but I will not reveal who that company is until I secure the sponsorship. So that's it for now...

It's close but still off the ground. I do have a few scrapes on it when going over a particular part of my road but with the coils, I don't scrape anymore. Probably because of the stiffness (that's what she said)

BTW, you don't need to wait for the springs/shocks to settle in since its coilovers they are all preloaded and compress. Should get that alignment already.

30 ish if you only count the coupes. lol. Last year that table included mods, Bex and Greg, and Greg's parents and I dont think it was 30.

If we all try that again this year, I can't imagine how many people will be there.
