New speakers and FM signal Amp in 2016 Rogue?

Hi,

I bought a 2016 Rogue SV premium non-bose package a couple months ago. I like the car but I listen to radio constantly and I've been disappointed with this one.

1. The FM signal is worse than any car i've driven, in areas where I get clear perfect reception in my wife's car, I get some static.
-- Has anyone tried to install a FM Signal booster like this one? http://www.amazon.com/AUMO-mate%C2%AE-A ... B016M9XOVE . Would this work? Anythign else that works? How hard is the install? I tried the "stubby antenna" upgrade and it didn't help.

2. The speakers sound somewhat flat.
---Anyone install new door speakers? Seems like crutchfield has a alot, anyone recommend which ones to get that sound the best but also have an easy install?
