so i put new rotters and pads all around on my S13. before i changed them there was a slight pull to the letf when i applied the brakes. not the reason y i changed them but i was hoping to cure this as well. after i had the new pads and rotters i go to try them out and now there is a really hard vibration and it still pulls to the left a little bit...any clue on what i should do??

first, bleed your brakes really well. If that don't fix both the pulling and the vibration. It could be that the rotors are warped (vibration). You might have to get them turned, and your caliper might be sticking (pulling) replace or rebuild caliper.

If they are slotted and cross drilled, I don't think they can be turned.

Usually "warped" rotors aren't really warped, they have uneven pad deposits built up on the rotors. However it is possible that one or more of the rotors may have a defect from the manufacture. Might try setting them on a piece of glass, or a mirror and shine a flash light under neath them to see if they appear uneven or not. Also when I removed my rotors and replaced the same rotors on my miata, some rust got between the hub and rotor. After that, I had a weird noise under light braking. I replaced the rotors and the noise went away (the rotors where trashed anyways). was there any excessive amounts of rust on the hub? if so, did you clean it all off? Are all the pads shimmed / fitted correctly? is one of them in bound up in the caliper?

Did you properly bed the new pads in on the new rotors?

Is the vibration constant or just under braking? If its just under braking, does it happen under hard braking or moderate or always?

The pull could also be from a collapsed line as well. I had that happen on an older Nissan pickup I had. Or a stuck caliper

Have you bleed the brakes?

Once you check out all the hydraulic/mechanicals, if the pulling continues during braking, you may want to have the alignment checked.I had similar issues a while back, turned out my toe was a tiny bit out of whack on my right front tire. A slight adjustment later, all was good.
