looks like the change is upon us (unless it's a bug that I got linked here already:o)

Is everyone's old p***word still working?(I kinda wonder since I see no traffic here)Or are you guys going thru the sign up sheet?

Hopefull we'll still find a way to get our old threads integrated here in some way, so we don't lose that full searchable database.

If not we'll jst recreate it in a year or so!:D

I was just perusing the results of a search from the forum on the old site, and went back to check another article, and POOF!

New site!!

I hope the old forum articles are layin' around somewhre. I had to recreate my account, though.

I logged on from work this morning and teh system brought me to the old site which was still running.

Posts had been made all throughout the last 18 hours that this .net site has been up.

But once I had logged on and posted somehting it brought me back here.

It seems that members are being transeferred here selectivley by the system.If so what's the criteria?Being a paid-up member?

Or?

Anyway I am back here, and it woont let me bakc to the old still active one even when I type the URL manually.But at least it's good to know that the other folks are still out there and not locked out from NICO altogether.

I am afaraid you do not understand the value of this board in its previous incarnations as a Yahoo! club and NICO board.

What made those boards unique among all other automotive boards was the body of knowledge posted by the members. We are not here to be cool and chat with gimmickery graphics, but to learn how to care and preserve our fine automobiles.

Without the previous posts migrated to this board, this board will not retain its previous members. If it is too much "rocket science", perhaps you could retain a database administrator, or at least maintain the old board. I personally think it was much easier to navigate.

I have been as critical as anyone, of the new format but I believe Nancy is trying her best to get them moved.

Also we will have most (if not all) of our other concerns addressed as well..
