Greetings everyone. My name is Dave, and I own a '92 vert. I bought it April 1, 2005 (no joke!), and I love it.

I've been lurking for a few months, but I've finally gotten around to registering.

First question for the group:

I'm looking to replace the stock seats in my vert. In your opinion--each of you as individuals--what is the best choice for a new seat? The criteria would be comfort, support, and ease of installation. I'll hire the installation out, because I become a danger to the public at large whenever I put a wrench in my hand, and I don't want to pay through the nose to have seat rails fabricated. Also, I like the low seating position in the vert, because it lets me look THROUGH the windshield, rather than above it. I'm 6 ft. tall. I've don't plan to do any drifting or racing. The vert is my daily driver, and I also take it on weekend trips to the mountains.

Any feedback would be most appreciated. Thanks very much.

Have you checked out S14 seats? a lot of the s13 guys like them, because they bolt straight in with no modification. there supposed to be more comfy and a little more supportive.also available in leather...hit the junk yards and out classifieds section...
