Hey everyone, I have had an account on here for awhile just making me want another 240 so bad, I previously had a 1995 Nissan 240SX with a S15 front end, rims, struts/springs, basic "noob" mods. I got an exceptional deal on this one however, no joke $600. That is not a typo, six-hundred-dollars. I was driving out some old country roads in good ole Goldsboro, NC, when I saw this jewel under a tree with the hood popped. I stopped in, talked to the man who owned it, he got it in a trade for a tractor, his son changed his mind and didn't want it, so it just sat there. It's timing was off by 2 teeth because the top tensioner failed, I replaced it, reset the timing, fixed some wiring that was bad under the dash, and ladies and gentlemen we have a perfectly running 1997 240SX SE. After owning the car for just over a month the suspension started feeling really rough, figured it had sat for awhile and the valving was bad or something, anywho, I got new shocks/struts, Megan Racing springs (I am a broke 20 y/o college student on their own with no family here, best I could do and actually gave the car a very good ride). I have some big plans for the car, given money and time, the suspension feels great now, the brakes are going to be upgraded to 300zx rears and 350z fronts, once that is done i will be going to Mazworks, and getting some equipment for a swap, VH45DE, and if I can find enough space under the hood I will route twin t3/t61 (full-race spec). The turbo will happen well after school is done, that is the plan, not a reality right now. Mainly the V8 then after that getting the interior back to original or better condition. I am done with this essay now, I can't wait to start doing some more serious modifications to her, have fun out there, see you on the road! Josh
