We definitely knew it was a fuel problem when you could turn the key and not hear the Walbro come on.
We pulled it all out, noticed one of the terminals on the harness had gotten a little hot at some point, checked the fuse (it was good), jumpered the harness out, flipped the key, and saw the pump come on.
After that, we re-hooked everything up outside of the car. Everything worked. Threw it all back together, turned the key, heard the pump prime, twisted the key a little bit more, and she fired to life.
