new s13 project questions

i just bought a 240sx coupe and im putting a redtop sr in it, i have some questions on what parts work best with these engines since i do not personally know anyone who is experienced with them.

whats the best of these items to run with the sr20 det?

i am experienced with wiring after all the swaps ive done on slow hondas so that should be cake, but if theres any good deals anyone knows about for the parts i listed please post a link to it.

"best" isnt a very good word. what power are you looking for and how much $$$ do you have? just get the stock sr running right first.

i am going for 300 to 350 hp, i am an expert mechanic but i do not know the brands and model parts popular for the sr20det swap. i know the stock plumbing on silvias cant be too great so maybe someone can tell me what upgrades work the best with the swap. i am not concerned about the cost.
