New S13 for me...but also some problems

Hey guys, i picked up a car from one of the guys on the nico forums, and its pretty good but i think there is a problem with the rear end. Its really wishy washy over every bump and sometimes it grind when i gas it when im turning. Maybe a non-working LSD, I know the shocks and struts are shot but what else could contirubute to an excess of back end sway? And Besidea jacking up my car how can i tell if my 1991 240sx LE has an LSD?? Because if it has an LSD i believe i will need ot rebuild it or something.

if it has hicas it has lsd
