New S 15 Turbo, Lines.

Recently bought a new s15 turbo, new ss lines and gaskets. The car was running super slow and had turbo issues, thought the turbo would solve all my issues but apparently not. The car seems to be running super slow like it wants to go but cant. No power in 4th and 5th, all that happens is the turbo spooling like mad. I primed the turbo 5 times for 10 seconds a time. Thinking it might be a boost leak? what do you think. When i replaced my old plugs with new ones i noticed it was a bit lean. Gapped the new ones correctly. New fuel filter recently. Like i said maybe maf, boost leak, cas? Let me know what you think!

Sounds like vacuum leak. Also any chance you have an aftermarket boost controller? If you do, please make sure you have the vacuum lines plugged in corrrectly.

how does it feel in the first 3 gears? anything happen when you unplug your maf and plug it back in?
