New rotor and brakes question

Hey All,

I need new front brakes and rotors for my 2000 I30t with (83k) and had a couple of questions. I am not looking for any type of special performance, as the car is just used to go back and forth to work, but I don't want to have problems because I went to cheap either. Money is an issue, so I would like to keep my costs as low as possible

I was going to buy the OEM brakes from Infinitipartsusa, but should I get the OEM rotors also? Can anyone tell me if the price for the rotors there covers both wheels, or just one? Are there any other parts I will need? I was going to have my brother in law show me how to do my first set of brakes
