So anyway I got my rims and tires today and squeezed them into my altima coupe. (It is HARD to put 4 wheels inside of this car) So i go to colony tire to get them installed and the installer comes back after takin off my stock wheels and says the lugnut is wrong size.

I ordered all of my stuff from discount tire and a inspector signed off on the lugnuts saying they were the correct size even though they are not the same size as stated on invoice. so anyway the guy says these are the wrong size and that the only way they could install these wheels was if i purchased the $39 lug kit they had.

I was sweating and starting to get worried cause i just paid for a lug kit from discount tire and did not wish to pay for another. So i end up agreeing to purchase them and ask the guy if i can get on his computer and i immediatly check the a/c forums, not really, but i should have. I go to discount tire.com and call them and they tell me they will reemburse me for the 39 i spent on the lug kit at colony tire. just a lil rant, i will post pics in a second.

just curious, what did you do with the TPMS sensors? Did you get discounttire to install them in the new set?

Nope I decided against getting a tpms set cause i check all the time any way. I would have had the shop transfer them over but i already got them mounted and balanced for free from discount tire direct so i just use it as warm up timer as lbc says
