It's what I run on my 16" SSR's. Don't feel bad--I think it's low enough too (but i'm one of the crazy people). What suspension are you running on now?

If there's anything to critique, it would be tire choice. Fuzion's are Bridgestone's 'generic' tire geared towards young people. I've only read bad reviews about them.

oh ya? haha damnit, I thought fuzions were good, they got good ratings on tire rack, hmm oh well, I am running tein springs on stock shocks as of now, I have about a budget of 500 max to spend, I would like coils but can never find them for the right price

Just get Koni's. You'll love them, they're just awkward to install, but they'll last forever. I myself run AGX's.

Build your car according to what your are going to do with it, coilovers are overkill unless you plan to be drifting or doing hpde's on a reg. basis where tweaking and tuning will be crucial. Otherwise, a set of really adjustable. good shocks makes more sense for a daily. esp if the roads in your area are not too great. I've been running suspension tech springs w/ agx's since 2003. They do the job, and are great for the autocrossing that I do w/ the car.

Personally, I think the tires look fine. Yes they have a taller side wall, but if he had run the 205's, then everyone would be picking on him for fender gap. For someone who's on a lower budget, and can't afford coils yet the tires were a good choice...they fill the 240s huge wheel well. Besides, the style of the wheel is pretty old school, and back in the day they weren't running super low-pro tires. +1 for a great look bro.

old school FTW!

Thanks Jspec!! you make a good point, if I did go with a smaller tire I would have huge wheel gap, then everyone would be on my case about that haha, I would love to have coils, but my budget and plans for the car make that impractical, so future plans are agx's, sway bars, sideskirts, and make me engine perfectly sound, I will keep everyone updated
