No bling and it looks kinda classy. After Z's eye opening load rating ordeal, the new tires are on. 235/40/18 95 load rating. 40mm offset.

Think I should lower it some? Do I only need the springs?

Very nice!

Aren't they a little short? Are the rims too narrow to go 255/40-18?

Search on Eibach and read all of Q45tech's post before you decide.

Dude! That looks so sweet. Very nice choice that really compliments the car. Tire size is perfect judging by the straight side walls, definitely don't go wider on those rims. That's the size I have on the front, but 245-40's in back, however, my wheels are staggered.

Slap a set of the Eibachs on that bad boy and you're car will look perfect. Who cares if your shocks only last 40k instead of 60k? I've never kept a car more than 4 years anyhow, but if you get the Tokico's & Eibachs and don't go full speed over speed bumps, rr tracks, etc, they'll hold up just fine.

Again, great choice, it really looks good.

What kind of tires are you running.......

The wheels look nice!! Very stylish and classy combination. They ADD to the look of the car, as opposed to BEING the look of the car.

Nah, don't lower it! I think it looks very classy and lowering it will make it look quite inelegant, IMHO.

Here, I did a quick 'chop for ya to see how it would look dropped. Think Greg's Q, nice drop, sexy ride. Fender gap looks right on one kind of vehicle: trucks / suv's.

But as we know, it's not fender gap that is relevant to performance, it is suspension travel and suspension geometry!

Wonder why the "tif" file dosen't show up?

Heck, I can't even open it, but I'm a computer dummy anyway...I really wanted to see what 235/40/18 wpuldlook like......really, it's too late for me to change my mind anyway, the 245/45/18's are in the garage........

tif files are really best for printing with, probably every picture in your magazines and books are tif files. They aren't supported by browsers, if you have PhotoShop you can view it, most generic picture viewing software should open it too.

From the look of the tread and the sharp egde, his tires gotta be Yokohama ES100.

They look great!

The reason the fenders look so high, is the low profile tires. Lola looks like a 4wd compared ot Layla. The difference is the 40 sidewalls.

Falk, thanks for the chop. I was getting ready to do that myself. I think it will look great filling up the wheel wells. Not sure what kind of costs are involved but will probably drop it sooner or later. My CJ-7 needs some love too

Elwesso, they are Yokohama. And they cost me way way way too much $.I got these tires just in case I wanted to lower it. I am so indecisive

As for the rest of you guyz, Thanks for checking them out and for the compliments!
