I think the gun metal would look hot...can't imagine the effort and time it would take to get it right. That said, I also think that they would look good as is. The polished lip would go well with your chrome accents.

keep em as is unless the goldish hue just drives you insane. Put some 225/50-15 on those bishes.

Few companies make those tires, PLUS they are really expensve. lastly, I went with a 15" tire for more sidewall (comfort with the drop) so a 50 profile will leave me just as bad-off as I was with the 16" rims.

Yep, I'm on all-season 215/60-16 tires wrapped on the s14 wheels here. :D With a tread wear rating of 520. They just won't wear at all. I love 'em.

I just saw your reply...anyway, the S14 rims look a lot better on the Max than I thought that they would. I believe that their offset is a bit wider than the 16" max rims.

Do you notice any power loss on the 60-profile tires?
