I am thinking about buying new rims and tires.

However, I realize that my speedo will be slightly off.

Is there a ECU or a programmer that I can input my rim and tire size in it to compensate for the new tire and rim size?

I had a Mustang Gt and I had a hypertech programmer that could do that.

If their is not a way to reflash the ECU, what are my options to get the speedo calibrated easily?

I live in the midwest, so I would rather not take it to the dealer 2 times a year for my winter and summer tires and rims for speedo calibration

Thanks

depends on your wheels... it could be insignificant... im over diameter and its not noticable.

You won't be any more than 1-2mph off at 60mph if you keep the diameter within the nearest available size.
